1. What data we collect
When you reach out through the contact form on the site, we collect only the data you enter yourself: full name, phone number, e-mail address and the message text. We do not seek or require sensitive categories of personal data. In addition, basic technical data (e.g. the time an enquiry is sent) may be recorded to keep the form working correctly and securely.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare an informational quote and, where needed, arrange further communication regarding the hail cannon or solar stations. We do not use your data for automated profiling, nor do we share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by voluntarily sending an enquiry, as well as on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps at your request before any contract is concluded. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We keep the data from your enquiry for as long as needed to respond and maintain communication regarding your request, and at most until the purpose for which it was collected is fulfilled — or until the expiry of statutory deadlines, if the enquiry develops into a business relationship. Once the purpose ceases, we delete or anonymise the data.

At any time you have the right to access your data, to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data, and to have your data erased when there is no longer a basis for processing it. You also have the right to restrict processing, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority.
